Cancellation Policy
For bookings within 72 hours of desired date & time, please call or email. 1(345)938-1395 caymanguidedcharters@gmail.com All charters require are a flat rate deposit of USD $200.00 to hold your booking. An email will be sent to you with a secure online link to pay for the deposit. Requested bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid and you have received a final confirmation of booking. All charters are weather dependant and we will do our best to reschedule your charter first, should we need to cancel due to weather the USD $200.00 deposit is fully refundable. Should you need to cancel your charter we ask that you do so within 72 hours to receive your full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive USD $100.00 refund. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours void their refund completely.
